(1)Research for development of an acoustic standard and the precise measurement technology based on the acoustic standard

-Maintenance and supply the acoustic standards, based on the JCSS system and the legal metrology system
-Expansion of frequency range for pressure calibration and free-field calibration of laboratory standard microphones
-Evaluating the effects of infrasound and of airborne ultrasound on the human hearing and body
-Development of an electroacoustic transducer corresponding to needs expansion of sound application, and research of measurement technology

Calibration services of ultrasonic standard
-> Ultrasonic power
   Frequencies from 0.5 MHz to 20 MHz, ultrasonic power from 1 mW to 500 mW
-> Hydrophone sensitivity
   Frequencies from 0.5 MHz to 20 MHz at the step of 0.1MHz
-> Ultrasonic beam profile
   Frequencies from 0.5 MHz to 20 MHz

-> Ultrasonic power standard by using radiation force balance method
-> Ultrasonic pressure standard (Hydrophone sensitivity calibration)
